Recalls
The Danish Medicines Authority must be informed if a company considers that a product defect may lead to the withdrawal of a pharmaceutical product from the market.
Recalls – Contact to the Danish Medicines Authority:
- Contact the Danish Medicines Authority at its main telephone number +45 4488 9595. Outside the normal opening hours of the Agency, this number refers to the emergency line. Please confer the Danish Medicines Agency’s website for further information: www.dkma.dk
- Make arrangements directly with the Danish Medicines Authority as to how the withdrawal is to be conducted.
Recalls – Contact to TMJ:
- Contact Tjellesen Max Jenne by sending an e-mail to tilbagekaldelser@tmj.dk containing information about the name of the product, product number, batchnumber, and any other relevant information. You may also call TMJ at any time on the telephone number +45 44 57 11 00. However, we request a subsequent written confirmation of the withdrawal at the mail address tilbagekaldelser@tmj.dk, before the recall is initiated.
- Tjellesen Max Jenne A/S will instantly block any further sales of the withdrawn product and make sure that withdrawn products be returned as agreed.
- Handling of recalls in the time span from 16.00 – 08.00 on weekdays, as well as Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays will entail a fee.
